Coastline Insurance is based in Coral Gables and focuses on two kinds of business: hospitality operators and real estate investors. That's a deliberate choice, not a starting point we plan to outgrow.
Why we specialize
Hotels, restaurants, short-term rentals, and investment properties carry risks that a general agency doesn't see every day. Liquor liability, guest turnover, and Florida's coastal storm exposure all call for someone who works with these accounts regularly.
We're independent, so we're not tied to one insurance company's products. We can compare coverage and pricing across several carriers and explain the differences in plain language.
We also handle home and auto insurance, mostly for the business owners we already work with and the people they refer to us. It's a smaller part of what we do, but we handle it with the same attention.
